swimwear return policy

All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)

All items must have the original tags still on. 

We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Swimwear must be shipped for return no more than 14 days after it is received.

How to return your swimwear

1. Go through the above checklist to ensure your return meets our requirements.

2. Fill out your order number and date of return on the card provided in your order.

3. Package your swimwear in a bag and make as flat as possible. Add this card to the bag.

Once we get your return to our warehouse we will review it to ensure it meets the above requirements and issue a gift card for the full amount of the swimwear. We do not cover/refund the cost of shipping.
