If we provide you with a return label, partial cost of the label ( $10 cad ) will be taken off the total amount refunded. Return labels are only available for Canada and USA at the time.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your accepted request. If we have not received your return within 30 days of accepted request, your return will automatically be rejected.
Send your item/s back to us with the completed returns form (provided with every order). If you no longer have this form please ensure to include your name & order number on any return so that we can process this efficiently for you.
For orders outside of Canada : be sure to mark your package as a return so you are not charged with custom fees.
Credit Returns Policy
If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at kindlythelabel@gmail.com prior to making your purchase.
If you are unsure then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed your child will continue to grow!
Or if you do wish to send something back to change the size / colour etc we will gladly provide you with a refund.
Store Credit/Refund:
Should you have an item you wish to send back to change the size or colour or return; please fill out the back of your thank you card for the requirements and a checklist for your return. Cost of shipping will be the responsibly of the buyer.
Once your item/s has been received back into our warehouse it will be processed and a refund will be issued to the value of your return. All returns must meet our return requirements for a refund:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Free of any damage - makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, etc.
- Original tags still on
- Clothing is shipped for return no more than 14 days after order has been received
If the above requirements are not met we may offer a store credit depending on the situation.
Please note : We do not offer exchanges - only refund and store credits. This is due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when your return eventually hits our warehouse.

Only items purchased directly from our website will fall under these policies. If you have purchased from one of our stockists - you will need to contact them directly if you have any issues with the clothing.

*Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items.
All items at a discount of 25% off or higher are final sale.
*We must be contacted concerning the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We must be contacted within 14 days of reciving your order. Items sent to us outside of this date will be returned to sender at the senders cost.
We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon arrival (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet) to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.
*The following items cannot be returned for store credit due to health reasons- Underwear.
* Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk .
Goods must also be returned odour free - ( Free of Cigarettes , dampness etc)
* Cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer. If return label was provided to the buyer by Kindly, the cost of the label will be taken off the total amount refunded.
Faults:
My order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do i do?
In the occurrence that an item is missing from your order or you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email kindlythelabel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order and you will be given a instructions of what to do. Items must not have been washed or worn.
If your item has come apart at the seam within the first 30 days of receiving your order, feel free to contact us and we will find a solution for you.
If it has been more than 30 days since you have received your order please do not contact us as this is outside our return policy.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock), credit or refund. We may ask you to send back the faulty item (at our cost) before issuing a refund.
